Each summer leading local, regional and national bluegrass acts convene on the Hebron Fairgrounds and deliver an awesome festival experience. Our Main Stage festivities kick off on Thursday with our annual Band Competition sponsored by Telefunken.
Our Showcase Stage, featuring acts from around Connecticut and the region doing their best to make this stage the place to be. Bluegrass and Bluegrass friendly acts playing on Friday and Saturday, just showing what they can do, and you won’t be disappointed! Thursday evening the Showcase Stage will host an Open Mic & Jam for anyone interested.
Gates will open at 1 pm on Wednesday for early bird campers. Camp on site, stay at our host hotel or come for the day or night using our close, ample parking.
There will be plenty to do for the whole family. Learn about our Camping, Family Fun Activities, and Vendors. Hebron is less than a hour away from Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun and Mystic, CT attractions. Check out what else there is to do in the area on the CT Tourism site.
Podunk is proudly presented by the members of the Podunk Bluegrass Music Festival Inc. Board of Directors and is held annually on the second full weekend of August in Hebron, CT.
